Multiple Language Transcripts

Once translated, interactive transcripts can be viewed in additional languages and can be selected in the Media Player. Translations can be completed in two ways:
1. AI translations are created using an open sources machine translation service that is integrated into Media Manager.
2. AI translations are free and can be completed with little to no wait time, but should be reviewed prior to uploading.
Professional translation services are more accurate, and our vendor partners can process these. However, the cost and turnaround time can vary.

To view different languages in the sample below, hover over the Media Player and click the language in the bottom right of the progress bar. Then click the Transcripts and Segments tabs to view the different languages in action.
